The annual Dubuque Old House Enthusiasts House Tour and DubuqueFest's Art and Music Festival always take place the weekend after Mother's Day on May. The house tour will be focusing on the North Main area with some great homes, while the Art Festival is spread between Washington Park at 7th and Locust and the Clock Tower at 8th and Main.
