What The
Scramble
Organic eggs, locally raised ground beef and fresh
blanched spinach are scrambled with aged Wisconsin
cheese and
minced melted onion in extra-virgin olive oil
with freshly ground
organic black pepper. Served with grilled toast.

Organic eggs, heavy cream and aged Wisconsin
Cheese folded together with locally raised
