What

The Scramble
Organic eggs, locally raised ground beef and fresh blanched spinach are scrambled with aged Wisconsin cheese and minced melted onion in extra-virgin olive oil with freshly ground organic black pepper. Served with grilled toast.

OR

Ham and Cheese or Just Cheese Omelet
Organic eggs, heavy cream and aged Wisconsin Cheese folded together with locally raised ham served with breakfast potatoes and toast.

OR

Stuffed French Toast
Lightly seasoned with fresh cinnamon served with house-made berry compote, organic Wisconsin maple syrup and applewood smoked bacon.

OR

Scottish Porridge
Millstone-ground Scottish Oats, simmered in organic milk and served with organic butter, or organic brown sugar. Either way, served with organic Wisconsin maple syrup.
